Nubank introduced a technology-centered internship initiative for students of all majors. The program is looking for candidates in fields like data science and software engineering, who are set to graduate between December 2025 and July 2026. The deadline for registration is March 18, and it is open only to São Paulo residents.
The 18-month internship offers a 30-hour work week using the “Nu Way of Working” model, which combines remote work with one week of in-person work per cycle in São Paulo. The internship includes a scholarship, meal vouchers, transportation assistance, health and dental benefits, life insurance, as well as access to NuLanguage and other perks.

The selection process is entirely conducted online and includes registrations, assessments, group activities, and interviews.
